Wrestling - Preston Qualifies Five Athletes for States

A total of five wrestlers finished in the top four positions at the Region II Championship at Hedgesville High School. These five athletes will advance to the WV State Tournament at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington. The State Championship will be held Thursday, February 25th through Saturday, February 27th.

Qualifying for the 63rd Annual West Virginia State Wrestling Tournament are the following athletes:

Nash Thomas (119 - 3rd)
Brandon Poling (125 - 4th)
C.J. Strahin (130 - 4th)
Logan Mabie (215 - 2nd)
Travis Eanes (285 - 3rd)
